Mat Classes

We offer a range of Pilates mat classes catering to all levels of fitness and capability. Our classes are intimate working in a group of up to 8 clients. We provide mats, you just bring your own towel and socks. (We do have a small range of socks to borrow or purchase if you forget yours!)

Gentle Mat

The Gentle mat class focuses on the more basic Pilates exercises, incorporating gentle stretching techniques and core activation.

Pelvic stability exercises at a beginners level are taught to gradually build up abdominal strength. Suitable for beginners, elderly clients or those with specific injuries.

General Mat

A mat class using our extensive range of Pilates equipment. Always varied in content but consistent in teaching method.

A general mat class focuses on core activation, pelvic stability, flexibility and mindful movement resulting in a balanced, strong and flexible body. At the end of a general mat class the client should leave feeling strong but also calm and relaxed.

Roll and release

A 60 minute mat class focusing on Muscular/Fascial release using tennis ball release techniques, stretching and meditation.

Equipment Classes

Our equipment room consists of a Trapeze Table, 2 x Reformers, Wunda Chairs, the Core Align and other smaller equipment. Each equipment class accommodates up to 5 clients, with tailored and individual care given to each client. Great for clients who have injuries, who are pregnant, elderly clients, or also for those clients who wish to take their Pilates practice to another level and have a strong work out.

General Equipment

The equipment classes are never boring or repetitive, providing clients with a varied class each week but one which addresses their specific requirements.

As with all our classes this hour long class can be as challenging or as gentle as the client desires. Beware it is addictive!!

Equipment Duos - with Zana

A class with two clients maximum ($40 per client) allowing more specific attention to detail from your instructor. Come with a friend/partner or register your interest and we can fill with another client. All duos are taught by Zana.

Available Mondays 6.30am / Thursdays & Fridays 7.30am.

Mums & Bubs

An opportunity for the new mums to exercise with her babe nearby! Recommended from 4 weeks post natal till walking age.

A class which will focus on building back abdominal, core and pelvic floor strength, while also working the rest of the body. With up to 3 mums with their bubs in one class.

Bring your pram and/or a sling, your instructor will be willing to help with your bub, to maximise the time you can exercise.
